null For the past two weeks, the teams that have played during "Thursday Night Football" have sported Nike's "Color Rush" uniforms, in which both teams wear colored socks, cleats, jerseys and pants.Having played their Thursday night game earlier this season, the Redskins wanted a fresh look to their uniforms, too. According to The Washington Post, they asked team owner Dan Snyder and president Bruce Allen to approve an all-white look for Sunday's game against the Panthers. The last time Washington wore white-on-white was during the 2006-07 season. Since 2010, the team has sported white jerseys and gold pants for road games, and burgundy jerseys and gold pants for home games.It appears the Redskins will have to wear their usual white-gold combo when they play the Panthers in Charlotte, N.C., this weekend.
